This mandate was given to JMN Consultant by the Facilitation of the Congo Basin Forest Partnership (CBFP), currently supported by Canada and which consists in assessing the institutional and operational strategic state of the present situation in the 10 COMIFAC countries, and proposing priority actions to be implemented both at regional and national levels in order to channel the additional funding available.
